    2012

    Establishment of
    Knowledge Base

    The founder Ethan Lin obtains his MBTI Certification and develops Personality-Central.com, learns all about human psychology through research and study.

    2014

    Incorporation

    of Training Company

    With the knowledge and insights he obtained, he starts the training company with the purpose of improving communication and interpersonal relationships.

    2015

    Development

    of Sales Program

    Ethan ventures into the arena of sales, and focuses on the soft skill aspect of sales training, teaching salespeople to use practical psychology to improve their effectiveness.

    2016 
    Additional Development
    of Program

    After several successful runs of his sales program People Mastery for Sales, Ethan continues to refine the program to meet the specific needs of salespeople.

    2017
    Publishing of first book,
    'The Mind Reader'

    Ethan publishes his first book in September 2017, which focuses on teaching salespeople the art of profiling and persuading clients.

    Expansion of Business into
    the Corporate Space

    The training is well-received by many organizations, including DBS, Citibank, AIA among others. Ethan focuses on development of advanced programs to focus on salesperson success.
